Data: Estimates of wildlife species richness, occupancy, and habitat preference in a human-impacted landscape in New York State

<p dir="ltr">Full community matrices for three seasons of camera trapping. Individual count matrices for each species identified each season. Covariate data for study neighborhoods and meta data.</p><p dir="ltr">The [species common name]_[season].csv sheets are count data matrices from our camera traps. Each row represents an independent camera location and each column represents a unique date from our camera trap season. Note: many of the data sheets contain mostly or all zeroes, indicating that the species of interest was not detected.</p>
