Predictions for 5,400 mammal species made using our best performing model for mammal zoonotic capacity (see Supplementary Table 3 for evaluation statistics for this model). All predictions are presented as a probability score ranging from 0 to 1. A low score mean the species is likely not susceptible to SARS-CoV-2. A score around 0.5 means high uncertainty for the classification of the species. High scores mean the species is likely susceptible to SARS-CoV-2. Columns reference the species name (species), the probability score (zoonotic_capacity_score), whether the species prediction is above 0.5 (above_50), whether the species is in the top 10% of predictions (top_10_percent), how many bootstrap predictions out of 50 are above 0.5 (bootstraps_above_50), the mean zoonotic capacity score for these 50 bootstrap predictions (mean_zoonotic_capacity_score), and the standard deviation of these 50 bootstrap predictions (sd_zoonotic_capacity_score).
